Sustainability and future in Osona - IREC (Energy Research Institute of Catalonia
We are starting a new process with the help of the Catalan Energy Research Institute (IREC) . Our client goes one step further in the region of Osona (Gurb) by launching the new PRIMA platform , a plant designed to promote and test systems to generate and use renewable energy.
Technology, sustainability and the future define this project that we develop from Colomer-Rifà counting and organizing different work teams.
The project is developed within the common agreement between the town councils of Vic, Gurb, the University of Vic - UCC, the Regional Council of Osona and IREC.
The location of the new platform allows perfect land communication thanks to the connection with the Transversal Axis that connects the heart of Central Catalonia with the metropolitan area of Barcelona, Girona and Lleida. In addition, a good scenario is contemplated to take forward this new infrastructure, taking into account the business and economic fabric that is found in the region.

WE REHABILITATE THE LARGEST BUILDING IN CATALONIA THAT HAS APPLIED FOR NEXT GENERATION EUROPEAN AID
The works for the energy rehabilitation of the "Torres Catalunya" in Vic have already started! The 4 buildings (Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona and Lleida, are composed of 12 floors among which we find homes and commercial premises.
As a noteworthy fact of this project developed by Colomer-Rifà, it is the largest building in Catalonia that has applied for the European Next Generation grant .
The decision-making for the rehabilitation has been carried out jointly between the more than 300 residents of the community and interlocutors through a participatory process made up of assemblies, surveys and regular meetings.
The evolutionary process of the works will be developed through different actions that pursue the objective of complying with the ITE and improving the energy efficiency and functionality of the buildings.

We are glad thatdamnhave trusted our office for therehabilitation and expansion of its logistics warehouse of21,478 m² located in Palma de Mallorca. We can announce that we have been awarded the drafting of the basic and executive civil project and facilities.
The entire project will be developed using theBIM methodology and a large team of highly qualified technicians for design.

The goal pursued by this project is to haveenough capacityto grow when the market demands it, as stated by the executive director of Lab Circuits.
Thanks to this expansion, it is estimated that the8,000m²intended for the productive activity of the company.

We contribute to the preservation of railway history!
Colomer-Rifà has carried out the direction of the work for the construction ofthe Espai Via Métrica in Martorell,a ship-museum intended forthe train exhibitionwith an area of 2,170.00 m².
The main objectives of this construction is to improve thepreservation of historical heritage, promote the dissemination and value of the railway heritage, bearing in mind at all times the importance of the train as a means of public transport.
Historic trains fromRailways of the Generalitat (FGC)on three tracks of 105 m length for 337 places.

Let's make the soul of this building shine again
Colomer-Rifà participates in therehabilitation of the centenary Torre Espona Monastery in Victo host local homes and tourist apartments.
A project that includes the construction of two new blocks of flats and the urbanization of the surrounding area with a new space that the City Council has already named Plaça del Monestir.
This new life cycle of the building, will involve a new visualization of the entire environment, since it will develop one of the islands of Plaça del Milenari de Vic, generating a great impact on the city
Finausa is the real estate company that has initiated the change of use of the lot that will go from religious to residential, and will becomposed of 10 housings with a total area of 3,600m².
